In-office referrals: 85% agent / 15% broker
Out-of-office referrals: 85% agent / 15% broker

No brokerage admin fee.
Tenant-side agent: No fees—agents keep 95%
Listing-side agent: $125 flat fee

90% agent / 10% broker split—no brokerage admin fee.

95% agent split (with a $600 transaction fee) (typically paid by Client)
