Mentors help agents learn how to prospect, work effectively with buyers and sellers, and confidently manage core processes such as buyer agreements, market analyses, listing presentations, and MLS entry. They also support property marketing, contract preparation and presentation, negotiation, contingency and deadline management, and accurate submission to Elliott Brokers and Accounting. As the agent’s first point of contact, the Mentor is available to answer questions and provide consistent support at every step.
