PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Elliott Properties 5% Recruiting Bonus Program rewards agents who help grow the brokerage by introducing other agents to Elliott Properties. When you personally recruit an agent who joins and closes transactions with Elliott Properties, you earn a 5% recruiting bonus on that recruited agent’s closed transactions, as long as you remain active and in good standing with the brokerage.
KEY POINTS AT A GLANCE
The recruiting bonus is equal to 5% of the recruited agent’s gross commission income (GCI) on each closed transaction.
Example:
Recruited agent closes a deal with $10,000 GCI.
Recruiting bonus = 5% x $10,000 = $500.
The recruiting bonus is paid by Elliott Properties and does not reduce the recruited agent’s commission split.
To earn recruiting bonuses, you must meet all of the following:
RECRUIT QUALIFICATIONS
A recruited agent must:
Step 1: You refer an agent to Elliott Properties.
Step 2: The agent joins Elliott Properties and lists you as the recruiting agent on the onboarding form.
Step 3: Elliott Properties confirms and records you as the recruiting agent.
Step 4: You begin earning 5% on that agent’s closed transactions.
Payment trigger:
Recruiting bonuses are earned and paid only when the recruited agent’s transaction closes and commissions are disbursed.
Payment timing:
Typically paid at the same time commissions are processed for that closing (or on the next standard commission cycle, depending on accounting workflow).
Payment method:
Paid through Elliott Properties’ normal commission disbursement process.
You continue to earn the 5% recruiting bonus for as long as:
If either party is no longer active with Elliott Properties, the recruiting bonus stops on future closings.
Recruiting bonuses are not retroactive and apply only to closings that occur while both the recruiting agent and recruited agent are active and in good standing.
If I recruit multiple agents:
You earn 5% on each recruited agent’s closed transactions.
If the recruited agent transfers out of Elliott Properties:
Bonuses stop on future transactions after their transfer.
If I transfer out of Elliott Properties:
Bonuses stop on future transactions after your transfer.
If the recruited agent is inactive for a period:
Bonuses are only earned on closings that occur while they are active and in good standing.
If there is a dispute about who recruited the agent:
The recruiting agent listed on onboarding documentation controls, unless Elliott Properties determines otherwise based on documented proof and internal policy.

Program terms:
Does the 5% reduce the recruited agent’s commission?
No. The recruiting bonus is paid by Elliott Properties and does not reduce the recruited agent’s split.
Do I earn 5% on my recruit’s entire career?
You earn the 5% for as long as you and your recruited agent remain active and in good standing with Elliott Properties, and the program remains in effect.
When do I get paid?
When your recruited agent closes and commissions are disbursed.
How do I make sure I’m credited as the recruiter?
Make sure the agent lists you as their recruiting agent on the onboarding form at the time they join.
